THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE M.GANGA RAO WRI T APPEAL No.1086 OF 2018 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) Sri B.Thimothi, learned counsel for the appellant University, and Sri S.Rahul Reddy, learned counsel appearing for respondents 1 to 5/writ petitioners, would state that the issue is squarely covered by the order dated 09.08.2018 passed by this Court in W.A.No.1072 of 2018. The said appeal also arose from a similar order as is under appeal before us presently. The grievance of the appellant University is only with regard to the time frame fixed by the learned Judge for compliance. The Division Bench, which dealt with W.A.No.1072 of 2018, took note of the proceedings dated 28.05.2018 of the appellant University, whereby it recorded its decision to pay the arrears of house rent allowance and city compensatory allowance in ten equal monthly instalments from the month of June, 2018.

In that view of the matter, this appeal is also disposed of recording the stand of the appellant University that the arrears due and payable to respondents 1 to 5/writ petitioners would be cleared in ten equal monthly instalments commencing from June, 2018.
