HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT APPEAL No.1072 of 2018 JUDGMENT: (ORAL) (Per Suresh Kumar Kait, J) Vide the present appeal, the appellant has challenged order dated 05.02.2018 passed by the learned single Judge in WVMP No.5324 of 2016 in WPMP No.50510 of 2016 in/and W.P.No.41003 of 2016.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant submits that the learned single Judge directed the appellant to pay arrears of House Rent Allowance and City Compensatory Allowance within four weeks, whereas vide proceedings dated 28.05.2018, the appellant has decided to pay the said arrears in 10 equal instalments from the month of June 2018.

Learned counsel for the respondents does not dispute the aforesaid fact. Therefore, no further orders are required to be passed in the present appeal.

The appeal is accordingly closed.

Consequently, W.P.No.41003 of 2016 also stands closed.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
