Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court on 28.10.2009, compensation amount has been paid to the petitioner for the land acquired and hence, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
