2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during the pendency of this criminal petition, parties have settled the matter outside the court.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, no further orders are necessary in this petition. Hence, the criminal petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, in this petition, shall stand closed.
