It is brought to our notice that the suit OS.No.509 of 2012 on the file of II Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Courts at Hyderabad, out of which this CMA arises, itself was dismissed for default on 05.03.2018 by the said Court and therefore, the cause in this Appeal no longer survives for adjudication. 3.

In view of the said submission, this CMA is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand dismissed.
