THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD CRIMINAL PETITION No.6153 of 2019 O R D E R :

The petitioners, who are Accused Nos.1 and 2 in Cr.No.239 of 2018 of Mills Colony Police Station, Warangal, registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 read with 34 IPC, have filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/ A1 and A2 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State and perused the material on record.

As seen from the allegations made in the complaint, prima facie it appears that the petitioners are involved in the commission of offence. In this case, investigation is going on and charge-sheet is yet to be filed. In view of the serious nature of allegations levelled against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed. It is needless to observe that in the event of change of circumstances, the petitioners are at liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
