Sri P.Venkateshwer Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to l-rle a fresh petition as it is mentioned that there are certain mistakes in the petition and also proper party is not made as the respondent in this writ petition.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file a fresh petition. There shall be no order as to costs.
