This Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C") seeking regular bail to the petitioner who is arrayed as Accused No.24 in Crime No.36 of 2022 on the file of Station House Officer, SIT Hyderabad Police Station, Detective Department, Hyderabad registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/Accused No.24 and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State. Perused the record.

The allegation against this petitioner is that he approached Accused Nos.1 and 2 for the purpose of purchasing fake degree certificates.

It is the case of the prosecution that Accused Nos.1 and 2 were running Pride Education Academy and they were supplying fake degree certificates to the persons who approach them and by
charging amounts upto Rs.1,20,000/-. This petitioner is alleged to have approached Accused Nos.1 and 2 for the purpose of securing a fake LLB degree certificate and also introduced Accused Nos.25 and 26 to the owner of Pride Educational Academy. 5.
As seen from the remand report, this petitioner is a student and he approached Accused Nos.1 and 2 for the purpose of purchasing a fake degree certificate. There are no allegations of any forgery or cheating by this petitioner. For the said reason, this petitioner/Accused No.24 can be granted the relief of bail subject to conditions.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the petitioner/Accused No.24 is granted bail subject to the following conditions:
i) The petitioner/Accused No.24 shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of XII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad.
ii) The petitioner/Accused No.24 shall appear before the concerned Station House Officer on every Monday between 10.30 AM and 01.00 PM for a period of two (02) months or until filing of charge sheet whichever is earlier.
iii) The petitioner/Accused No.24 shall abide by the other conditions stipulated in Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C. Miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed. _____________ K.SURENDER, J Date: 12.07.2022 ns
