Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of mandamus, declaring the action of the respondent authorities more specifically Respondent No.3 and 4 authorities in not receiving the application for releasing power supply to the Petitioners premises bearing Plot No.62, admeasuring 7000 Sq. Ft or 471 Sq. Yards in Sy.No.376/4, Kukatpally Village, Kulatpally Mandal, under GHMC Kukatpally Circle, Medchal-Malkaigiri District, as illegal, arbitrary high-handed and violation of Article '14, 300-A and 21 ol the Constitution of lndia and against the rules and regulations of Telangana Southern Power Distribution Company and direct the Respondent No.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for Enerry for respondent No.1, and Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel, for respondent Nos.2 to 4. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself'

In this writ petition, petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the respondent No.s 3 & 4 in not receiving the application and releasing the power supply to the premises of the petitioner bearing plot No.62 admeasuring 7000 Sq. Ft' or 471 Sq.Yards in Sy.No.376lA, Kukatpally Village, I(ukatpally Mandal, under GHMC Kukatpally Circle, Medchal-Malkajgiri District.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated the respondent authorities are not even receiving the application made by the petitioner for releasing the power supply to the subject premises belonging to the petitioner' 4.
Learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos'2 to 4' on instructions, has stated that if the petitioner makes an application, again, the authorities will receive the same and pass necessary orders thereon, as per law'

In view of the above made submissions, the petitioner is directed to submit an application before the respondent Nos.3 & 4 seeking release of the power supply, which shall be received by the authorities and necessary orders be passed thereon, strictly as per law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
