THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.16063 OF 2004 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not regularising the services of the petitioners as Surface General Mazdoors although they are working in the said post since more than 9 years in second respondent Mine continuously and now insisting to work under ground without any notice/proceeding/order to defeat their claim for regularisation and seeking direction to the respondents to regularise their services as Surface General Mazdoors.

No representation is made on behalf of the petitioners on 30.03.2016. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute the matter.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
