Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Petitioner, in the instant writ petition, seeks the following prayer: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the petitioner herein prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ or Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondents in highhandedly dismantling the Signboard erected within the premises bearing H.

3-6-423, Himayathnagar, Hyderabad, as illegal, arbitrary, highhanded and consequently direct the respondents to pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- for illegally dismantling the sign board and also direct the respondents not to interfere with the petitioner's property without following due process of law and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice."

This Court, vide order dated 2.9.2010, while admitting the writ petition, passed the following interim order: "There shall be a direction to the respondents not to interfere with the signboards erected by the petitioner on the premises bearing House No. 3-6-423, Himayathnagar, Hyderabad without following due process of law." Having regard to the prayer made in the writ petition and the interim order passed by this Court on 2.9.2010, I am satisfied that this writ petition can be conveniently disposed of in terms of the interim order.

Order accordingly.

However, it is open to the respondents to initiate action against signboards erected by the petitioner by following the due process of law.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed. No costs.
