CVNR,J & GSP,J W.P.No.19547 of 2008 09.08.2018 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "to issue a writ of Certiorari calling for the records in C.D.No.116 of 2005 on the file of 2nd respondent namely the District Consumer Forum, Srikakulam and F.A.No:875 of 2006 on the file of the 1st Respondent namely the State Consumers Disputes Redressal Commission and quash the orders dated 25.11.2005 of the 2nd respondent and consequential order of the 1st respondent dated 08-07-2008." After arguing the case, Mr.MSN.Prasad, learned Counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his clients to avail the remedy of revision before the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made. As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.25508 of 2008, filed by the petitioners for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
