This petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC seeking to transfer A.S.No.23 of 2014 on the file of the Court of Additional District Judge, Vikarabad, to the Court of Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy, R.R.District. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the transfer petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law. 3.

Permission as sought for is granted.

Accordingly, the transfer petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioners to avail the remedies available to them under law. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
