This Writ Petition is filed by petitioner challenging the inaction of 3rd respondent in disposing of petitioner's application dt.09-10-2017 for issuance of pattadar pass book and mutation. 2.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 3rd respondent will dispose of application of petitioner, if not already disposed of, within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of petitioner's application dt.09-10-2017, if not already disposed of, within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs.
