ORDER:- Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned government pleader for Revenue.

2. Petitioner states that his father was assigned land to an extent of Ac.3-00 in survey No.760/5 of Vavilaru Village, Chejerla Mandal, SPSR Nellore District. After his death, petitioner has submitted an application dated 12.08.2015 under prescribed proforma in form 6A seeking pattadar passbook and title deed in his name. Petitioner also filed a representation on the same day requesting the fourth respondent to consider petitioner's application in accordance with law.

3. Since petitioner states that he has filed application under prescribed proforma under Form 6A, I deem it appropriate to direct the fourth respondent to consider the said application, on its own merits, in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _____________________ VILAS V.
