THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 21448 of 2019 ORDER:

In this Writ Petition, petitioner's grievance is, though she brought to the notice of the officials of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation as to the pending civil disputes with respect to the subject property, building permission was granted in favour of the fourth respondent on 19.08.2015 and the fourth respondent is proceeding with the construction though it had lapsed.

Considering the nature of grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the direction to the second and third respondents to consider the objections of the petitioner and take necessary action duly following the procedure prescribed under Section 450 of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955, that too, after issuing notice to the fourth respondent.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
