THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM COMPANY PETITION No.300 of 2015 ORDER:

This Company Petition is filed seeking to wind-up the respondent Company on the ground that it is not discharging the admitted liability.

Today, when the matter is taken up, it is reported by the learned counsel for the petitioner Company that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement and he has been instructed to withdraw the Company Petition.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent Company that the respondent Company has already paid due amount to the petitioner Company.

In view of the above and as the Company Petition is not yet admitted, the Company Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, by placing on record the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner.
