Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the interim order passed by this Court in W.P.No.23239 of 2020 dated 16.02.2022, against which the present contempt case is filed, has been complied with.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, the contempt case is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the contempt case stand closed.
