THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY C.R.P.No.3721 of 2018 ORDER:

This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 06.03.2018 in I.A.No.335 of 2018 in O.S.No.281 of 2005 on the file of the Court of II Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
