C.R.P. No.298 of 2016 ORDER:
This revision petition has been filed aggrieved by the order dated 12.11.2015 passed in I.A. No.143 of 2015 in O.S. No.142 of 2012 by the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Gudivada.
Revision petitioners are the defendants 1 and 2 and the respondents 1 and 2 are the plaintiffs and the 3rd respondent herein is the 3rd defendant in O.S. No.142 of 2012.
CRP. No.179 of 2016 was filed against the order dated 12.11.2015 passed in I.A. No.144 of 2015 in O.S. No.142 of 2012 and the present CRP. No.298 of 2016 has been filed against the order dated 12.11.2015 passed in I.A. No.143 of 2015 in O.S. No.142 of 2012. Since both the revision petitions arise against the very same suit and consequent upon dismissal of the CRP. No.179 of 2016, this revision petition also needs to be dismissed. Accordingly, this revision petition is dismissed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
