Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty sought for. Interim order granted on 21.04.2008 in MACMA MP No.2498 of 2008 shall stands vacated. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
