CVNR, J & GSP, J WA.No.1416 of 2017 Dt: 19.09.2017 Judgment: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Appeal is filed assailing Order, dated 16-06-2017, in WP.No.19532 of 2017.

After arguing the case, Mr.A.Narsimha Rao, learned Counsel for the appellant, sought for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Appeal with liberty to his client to avail appropriate legal remedy.

The request of the learned Counsel for the appellant is accepted and the Writ Appeal is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the appellant in terms of the prayer made.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Appeal, WAMP.No.2647 of 2017, filed by the appellant for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
