HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE G.CHANDRAIAH AND HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL C.M.A.No.2406 of 2003 JUDGMENT: (Per. Hon'ble Sri Justice G.Chandraiah) This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is directed against the order dated 03.04.2003 passed in O.P.No.723 of 2001, whereunder the learned Judge, Family Court, Hyderabad, dismissed the said petition filed by the appellant/mother seeking custody of the minor children, namely Vishwakanth @ Sri Harsh and Baby Maithreyi. Aggrieved by the said order, the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been preferred by the appellant/mother of the minor children.

As could be seen from the material available on record, the male child, namely Vishwakanth @ Sri Harsh, was born on 24.04.1991 and the female child, namely Baby Maithreyi, was born on 08.11.1996. Since the minor children have attained the age of majority, the appeal is liable to be dismissed as having become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
