Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

2. This writ petition is disposed of with the consent of both parties at the admission stage.

3. This writ petition is filed challenging the order of the 2nd respondent dated 07.05.2015 suspending the authorization of the petitioner pending further orders in the enquiry to be conducted against the petitioner. The only ground alleged against the petitioner is that the petitioner is not residing in the village and she is conducting the affairs of the shop through a benami. This allegation can be enquired into without suspending the authorization also. In every case, it is not necessary that there should be a suspension of authorization. In the circumstances, the order of the 2nd respondent dated 07.05.2015 is suspended to the extent of suspending the authorization of the petitioner and the 2nd respondent is directed to complete the enquiry against the petitioner within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after giving due opportunity to the petitioner and observing the principles of natural justice.

4. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________________________ (A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J) 3rd June, 2015 cbs
