B/O tk I.A.NO.1 OF 2022 This application is filed seeking to extend the time for a period of one week to furnish the sureties as per the directions of this Court in Crl.P.No.2932 of 2015, dated 09.04.2015.

The relief of Anticipatory Bail was granted to this petitioner in the year 2015 vide Crl.P.No.2932 of 2015, dt.09.04.2015.

However, the petitioner failed to furnish security as directed by this Court in the said order. The reasons given by the petitioner is that the case was transferred to CBCID after orders were passed by this court and is pending investigation till date. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner can surrender before the CBCID and furnish sureties as directed in the said order on or before 21.07.2022.

Accordingly, this application is ordered and the petitioner shall surrender
