ORAL ORDER:

Writ Petition No. 4346 of 2016 was disposed of by order dated 11.2.2016 directing the first respondent -Principal Secretary to pass orders on the representations dated 31.7.2014 and 11.8.2015 with reference to claim of the petitioner for grant of Senior Scale and Selection Grade as per the Career Advancement Scheme.

When the matter is taken up, learned Government Pleader for School Education produced copy of memo no.1504/CE/A2/2010 dated 19.9.2016 wherein Special Chief Secretary to Government, on consideration of the matter, rejected the claim of the petitioner. Hence, it cannot be said that the directions of this Court are not complied with. Contempt case is accordingly closed. No costs. Having regard to the same, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
