In this writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner is that the official respondents are interfering with his construction work in the subject premises at the instance of respondent Nos.4 to 7. Learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.3 submits that respondent No.3-Narsampet Municipality, Narsampet Town, Warangal Rural District is not interfering with the construction work of the petitioner.

Recording the afore-stated statement, the writ petition is closed. If respondent Nos.4 to 7 are interfering with the construction activity in the subject premises, the petitioner is at liberty to the approach the civil Court and obtain necessary orders. It is made clear that as long as the construction made by the petitioner is in accordance with the sanctioned plan, respondent No.3 shall not interfere with the same and if there are any deviations, it shall take action in accordance with law.
