This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash Crime No.111 of 2017 of Raidurgam Police Station, registered against the petitioners.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition. 3.
Permission is accorded and the Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall also stand dismissed.
