O R D E R

This writ petition was filed assailing the action of the Andhra Pradesh Southern Power Distribution Company Limited in fixing the age limit as 36 years for in-service candidates for recruitment to the posts of Junior Assistants and seeking a consequential direction to permit the petitioner to appear for the examination to be conducted in relation thereto.

By interim order dated 09.03.2012, this Court directed the respondent Company to receive the application from the petitioner and process it. The respondent company was also directed, if necessary, to issue a revised notification relaxing the qualification and age limit in respect of service candidates. In the light of the aforestated interim order and as the examination which was the subject matter of this writ petition would have been held long ago, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.
