HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN Writ Petition No.22605 of 2007 ORDER:

Following the order of the Division Bench in W.A.No.1120 of 2015 & batch dated 08.09.2016, a Learned Single Judge of this Court, by his order in W.P.No.24323 of 2012 dated 21.09.2016, directed the respondents to examine each individual case and take necessary steps for implementing the provisions of the Act in the light of the order passed by the Learned Single Judge and as confirmed by the Division Bench within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order.

Following the common order, passed in W.P.No.24323 of 2012 & batch dated 21.09.2016, this Writ Petition is also disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. No costs.
