HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO COMPANY APPLICATOIN No.102 of 2017 IN COMPANY PETITION No.25 OF 2008 ORDER:

This Company Application is filed seeking permission of this Court to file claim in Form No.66 in respect of Chit No.LT1AR-7, and consequential direction to the Official Liquidator to accept the claim of the petitioner in Form No.66.

Heard.

It is stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application that the Official Liquidator issued letters to the subscribers of the chit to file claim in prescribed form under the provisions of the Companies (Court) Rules on or before 31.10.2016, and that the applicant could not file the claim in Form No-66 within the stipulated time, and therefore, she sought permission of this Court to permit her to file the claim petition before the Official Liquidator.

Learned counsel for the Official Liquidator submitted that he has no objection for the same.

Considering the above, the petitioner is permitted to file claim petition before the Official Liquidator within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
