THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SEETHARAMA MURTI FAMILY COURT APPEAL No.162 of 2015 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) Sri L. Prabhakar Reddy, learned counsel for the appellant/wife, addressed letter dated 19.08.2016 to the Registry stating that the parties have settled the matter by way of Memorandum of Understanding dated 18.08.2016 and therefore his client wishes to withdraw this appeal.

A copy of the Memorandum of Understanding dated 18.08.2016 signed by both parties in the presence of witnesses is placed on record.

In the light of the afore-stated facts, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

Interim order dated 18.06.2015 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
