P.Pushpalatha, v. The State Of Telangana,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.27746 of 2017 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration & Urban Development for the first respondent and Sri V.Narasimha Goud, learned Standing Counsel for HMDA for respondent Nos.2 and 3.
When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner herein made an application on 23.06.2012 under the State Government scheme and, thereafter, in the month of December, 2012 the concerned authorities visited the property of the petitioner and, after verification, demanded the petitioner to pay final amount of Rs.5746/- and in response thereof the petitioner herein paid the same.
In the above background, it is the grievance of the petitioner that, despite the petitioner approaching the second respondent a number of times and inspite of filing an application on 23.06.2012 before the second respondent, no action has been taken so far. Eventually request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the respondents to take appropriate action on the LRS application submitted by the petitioner herein.
On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that the said application will be verified by the respondents and appropriate action would be taken in accordance with law.
In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to take appropriate action on the LRS application, dated 23.06.2012, said to have been submitted by the petitioner, and pass final orders in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
