THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR Civil Revision Petition No. 4982 of 2015 Order:

The present Revision Petition came to be filed seeking a direction to the Court of learned Senior Civil Judge, at Jagitial, to dispose of the suit in OS No.25 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible and to grant such other relief or reliefs as this Court deems fit and proper.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted across the Bar that IA No.866 of 2014 in OS No.25 of 2014, filed for grant of temporary injunction, was closed earlier with an understanding that the main suit has to be disposed of as expeditiously as possible.

3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Senior Civil Judge, Jagitial, is advised to dispose of the suit in OS No.25 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
