The petitioners have filed a restoration petition seeking to restore the Crl.P.No.185 of 2021. The reliefs sought therein are for recalling the order dated 03.02.2026 passed in Crl.P.No.185 of 2021, for restoration of the said criminal petition, and for restoration of the interim stay earlier granted therein, however the office raised an objection regarding the maintainability of the petition on the ground that recalling of such orders is not permissible. However, the petitioners have resubmitted the present application, and at their request, the matter is posted today. Since the petitioners' counsel has failed to represent the matter, the preliminary question that falls for consideration is whether the petition is maintainable for the reliefs sought, namely, recall of the order dated 03.02.2026 passed in Crl.P.No.185 of 2021.
