In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 26.07.2013 passed in WP.Nos.3305 of 2005 and 5100 of 2006. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
