Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication by this Court and thus, this Writ Petition has become infructuous. Learned counsel however seeks liberty of the Court to approach appropriate authority seeking refund of the amount deposited.

Granting liberty as sought for, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
