THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.C.BHANU AND THE HON'BLE MRS. JUSTICE ANIS WRIT PETITION No.18664 OF 2015 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice K.C.Bhanu) This Writ Petition is filed challenging the interim order, dated 13.02.2015, in O.A.No.1122 of 2012 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for short, "the Tribunal").

2. The unofficial respondents herein/applicants filed the aforementioned Original Application before the Tribunal to declare the action of respondents therein in not issuing necessary posting orders as Additional Superintendent of Police (Addl.S.P.) in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.7, Home (Services I) Department, dated 28.01.2015, as illegal and arbitrary. They also sought for interim relief to direct respondent No.1 therein to forthwith issue necessary posting orders to them as Addl.S.P. in accordance with the said Government Order.

3. The Tribunal, upon considering the material on record, admitted the aforementioned Original Application and directed the respondents therein to issue posting orders to the unofficial respondents/applicants as Addl.S.P. in pursuance of the said Government Order. Aggrieved thereby, Government filed the present writ petition.

4. The learned Government Pleader submitted before the Tribunal that G.O.Ms.No.7, dated 28.01.2015, placing the applicants in the panel of 2009-2010 was still in force.

5. In view of the submission, the applicants are, prima facie, entitled for promotion to the post of Addl.S.P. Hence, the Tribunal

rightly passed the impugned order and that order needs no interference of this Court, and the Writ Petition is liable to be dismissed.

5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand dismissed. ________________ K.C.BHANU, J _________________ ANIS, J Date: 24.06.2015 vhb
