THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.18923 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:- "to pass an order or orders one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus by declaring the action of the respondents for not taking any action for removal of the unauthorized construction including demolition of illegal construction on the property of Gurudwara, Nalebagh, Sikh Chawani, Uppuguda, Bandlaguda Mandal, Hyderabad District, admeasuring Ac.8.03 Gts., which falls in T.S.No.1 & 17, Ward No.273, Block-K and T.S.No.8, Ward No.273, Block-F in spite of making a representation dated 24.05.2017 to the respondents and to declare the action of the respondents as illegal, arbitrary, against principles of natural justice, against law, violation of Article 300-A of the Constitution including violation of the provisions of Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institution and Endowments Act, 1987."

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner requested the Court to direct respondent No.3 herein to consider the representation, dated 24.05.2017, of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, respondent No.3 is hereby directed to consider the representation, dated 24.05.2017, of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
