Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Asst. Government Pleader appearing for respondents.

02. Inasmuch as this writ petition is filed aggrieved by nonconsideration of the second appeal being SA No.5063 of 2019 under Section 19 (3) of RTI Act, filed by the petitioner, who is a senior citizen aged 79 years, suffice it direct the 2nd respondent to dispose of the said second appeal filed by the petitioner and pass orders thereon in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

03. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
