Earlier on two occasions i.e., on 12-06-2017 and 27-06-2017 when the matter was called, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even today also, when the matter appears under the caption " for dismissal", there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It indicates that the petitioner herein does not wish to prosecute his case.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
