THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.44007 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard Sri P.Kamalakar for petitioners and Sri R.Vinod Reddy for respondents.

At request of Sri R.Vinod Reddy, the writ petition was adjourned from 19-12-2016 to today to enable him to place before the Court a report on the allegations made by the petitioners in the writ affidavit. The counsel places on record the report of even date prepared by Superintending Engineer, OMC/ TS TRANSO, Karimnagar. After perusing the report, this Court is of the view that the grievance of petitioners can be directed to be looked into by respondents by disposing of representation dated 19-12-2016. Hence, the following order is passed.

The 4th respondent is directed to consider and dispose of representation dated 09-12-2016 within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As a few apprehensions on the lines proposed to be drawn are to be running above the Hot Mix Plant, the 4th respondent considers while disposing of the representation specifically informing as to the exact place on which the same will be passing through.
