Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home (Telangana). With their consent, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

The Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in interfering with petitioner's peaceful possession over the subject land in Sy.No.112/A admeasuring 68 feet x 80 feet i.e., 5440 SFT situated in Mothuguda Village of Buruguda Grampanchayat, Asifabad, Kumram Bheem Asifabad (old Adilabad) District as illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction and consequently, direct the 2nd respondent not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the schedule premises by the petitioner without following due process of law.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on oral instructions, states that the Station House Officer is not interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner over the subject property and the allegations made are false. 4.
Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent not to interfere with the peaceful
CPK,J WP_17434_2017 possession and enjoyment of the petitioner over the property i.e., land in Sy.No.112/A admeasuring 68 feet x 80 feet i.e., 5440 SFT situated in Mothuguda Village of Buruguda Grampanchayat, Asifabad, Kumram Bheem Asifabad (old Adilabad) District, except in accordance with law.
