The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners for the post of House Keeper-cum-Peon along with the candidates sponsored by employment exchange.

Sri G.Ramachandra Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, states that pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court, the petitioners were called for the interview and, as such, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. As the cause in the writ petition does not survive and the writ petition has become infructuous, the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
