HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5233 of 2017 ORDER:

Challenging the non-disposal of the Memo dated 24.04.2014 (CF 4805/17) filed by the petitioner in LAOP No.95 of 1995 on the file of the learned 1st Additional Senior Civil Judge, Nellore, the present Civil Revision Petition is filed.

The innocuous prayer which the petitioner seeks before the Court is that the Memo filed by the petitioner on 24.04.2017 in L.A.O.P.No.95 of 1995, pending on the file of 1st Additional Senior Civil Judge, Nellore, to be disposed of as expeditiously as possible. Considering the limited relief which the petitioner claims, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned 1st Additional Senior Civil Judge, Nellore, to pass orders on the Memo dated 24.04.2017 (CF No.4805 of 2017), as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, not later than within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
