HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.18436 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard Mr.Damodar Reddy for petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

The Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the activity now undertaken by respondents is in Government land but not in the land claimed by petitioner. From the above, it appears the dispute is about identity and extent of respective areas one claimed by petitioner and another claimed by respondents. Therefore, it is in the fitness of things, the respondents are directed to consider and dispose of representation 28.03.2018, if necessary conduct survey in Sy.No.93, and pass orders in accordance with law, within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
