THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T.VINOD KUMAR W.P. No.21424 of 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents, particularly the 4th respondent, in calling and harassing the petitioners along with their family members without any material against them.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, based on the written instructions dated 01.10.2019 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Aswaraopet Police Station, submitted that the 4th respondent, Station House Officer, never called the petitioner or his family members to Police Station and harassed them. It is also submitted that there is no case registered against the petitioner till date and they were never called to Police Station nor interfered with civil disputes of the petitioner. In that view of the matter, recording the submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
