SEETHARAMA MURTI F.C.A.No.139 of 2012 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) Sri Shiv Sankar Chowdary, learned counsel for the appellant, addressed letter dated 16.08.2016 to the registry stating that the parties had settled the matter out of the Court and that his client wishes to withdraw the case.

Sri V.V. Narasimham, learned counsel representing Sri V. Venugopal Rao, learned counsel for the respondent, also confirms this.

In that view of the matter, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order dated 19.03.2012, made absolute on 05.07.2012, shall stand vacated.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
