THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.1719 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners No.1 to 4 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against them in DVC No.1 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Medak at Narsapur.

Heard and perused the material available on record. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of the proceedings, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief prayed by the petitioners. However, the presence of petitioners No.2 to 4 before the trial Court is dispensed with till disposal of the above DVC. The 1st petitioner is directed to appear, face the trial and represent petitioners No.2 to 4 in the above DVC. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
