THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD CRIMINAL PETITION No.6199 of 2019 O R D E R :

The petitioner, who is Accused No.1 in Cr.No.144 of 2019 of Chevella Police Station, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 120(b), 307, 323, 504 and 506 read with 149 IPC, has filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/ A1 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State and perused the material on record.

In view of the serious nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed. It is needless to observe that in the event of change of circumstances, the petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
